Blader Accumulator
Working principle
Accumulator is an important component in a hydraulic drive system. Its function is storing energy, stabizing pressure, reducing power consumption.
The accumulator is divided into two parts, nirtogen filled inside and hydraulis oil fillde outside. Whe the oil is pressed into a accumulator by means of a hydraulic pump. The bladder will be deformed and the gas volum will be decreased as the pressure increase. At this time, the oil is stored gradually. If the hydraulic system needs to increase the oil for work, it will drain the oil out and compensate the energy of the system.
Slowly charging or releasing the liquid in the eccumlator could make the nitrogen transport its heat with the surroundings thoroughly so that the working temperature would keep still calling isothermal change. In comtrast, fast charging or releasing the liquid would make the nitrogen transport its heat less thoroughly enough which is called heat - insluating change.
